Vacuum furnace service (case 4)

New design and replacement of heating chamber of vacuum sintering furnace

Customer demands:

1. Change the      effective temperature zone size to make it more suitable for today's      processed products.

2. Due to the aging      of the heating chamber, the thermal insulation performance gradually      passes away and the power cost increases. It is hoped to improve the      thermal insulation performance and save the power cost.

Solution:  

1. According to the      changed effective temperature zone size, the heating chamber is      redesigned, replaced and installed.

2. Replace and      install a new heating chamber to improve thermal insulation performance      and save power cost.
