CIP Block
The isotropic graphite produced by the ColdIsostatic Pressing (CIP) process has the characteristics of high strength, low consumption, fine structure, and uniform physical and chemical properties
Description
Cold Isostatic Pressed Graphite (CIP Block)

- Excellent heat resistance: In an inert atmosphere, its mechanical strength increases with temperature, reaching a maximum at around 2500°C.
- Superior uniformity compared to ordinary graphite, with a fine and dense structure.
- Low coefficient of thermal expansion, ensuring good thermal shock resistance.
- Isotropic nature, providing consistent performance in all directions.
- Strong chemical corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding the penetration of molten metal and glass. Additionally, it exhibits good electrical and thermal conductivity.
- Excellent mechanical processing performance, allowing it to be shaped into virtually any desired form.
