Isostatic Graphite (Isomolded Graphite)

Isostatic graphite is a fine-grained, isotropic material made using cold isostatic pressing technology. Die-molded graphite, on the other hand, is produced by placing paste-like material into molds, then applying vertical or simultaneous compression to shape it. Afterward, it undergoes processes like baking, impregnation, and graphitization.
This graphite offers excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, high strength at high temperatures, and a low thermal expansion. It also has great self-lubricating properties, resistance to heat and corrosion, and is easy to machine.
Isostatic graphite are used in a variety of industries, including monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon production, EDM, metal continuous casting, vacuum furnaces, sintering, precious metal smelting, glass manufacturing.
