Summary
Isostatic graphite is a kind of fine-grained isotropic graphite produced by cold isostatic molding technology, with good electrical and thermal conductivity, high-temperature strength, small coefficient of thermal expansion, self-lubricating, high-temperature, corrosion-resistant, easy to process, and widely used in the fields of monocrystalline silicon, polysilicon, EDM, continuous casting of metals, vacuum furnaces, sintering, smelting of precious metals, glass, medical treatment, chemical industry, and so on.
Applications
Metallurgy, Casting, and Heat Treatment
Vacuum furnaces, inert atmosphere furnaces, heating elements, conductive electrodes and connectors, loading trays, muffle boxes, thermal field liners, and structural components, crucibles, fixtures, molds, etc.; copper, aluminum, and other non-ferrous metal continuous casting crystallizers; hot pressing molds, and so on.
Sintering
Sintering molds for cemented carbide cutting tools, diamond tools, and electronic component packaging; sintering molds for glass products; metal sealing welding fixtures, and so on.
