High Quality Vibration Graphite
Our MV series Vibration Graphite is manufactured using vibroforming technology and has a good homogeneous structure, almost isotropic properties, and low ash content. This graphite material has a medium grain size and is capable of meeting a wide range of applications.
Description
Our company produces medium grained graphite (vibration graphite) with grain size of 0.8-2.0 mm, which is produced by combining our own technological advantages, and the performance index of the product reaches the international advanced level. Compared with ordinary graphite products, this product has suitable resistivity and uniform structure, excellent chemical resistance, excellent oxidation resistance and high temperature stability, which can adapt to a variety of harsh high-temperature environment and maintain the required mechanical strength under this environment.
Applications
- 1. processing graphite crucibles, graphite boats, graphite molds, graphite cold irons and so on graphite products;
- 2. used in high temperature furnace body as structural material;
- 3. used in strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosive environment, such as rare earth smelting, chemical industry, etc., and processed into various parts according to the needs.
