Molded Graphite Manufacturing Process
To manufacture a molded graphite rod, the first step is to load the screwed paste material into a mold of various shapes and sizes. After that, the process of roasting, impregnation, graphitization, and other steps are carried out. Finally, a molded graphite rod is produced.

Molded graphite rods are utilized as negative electrodes in lithium batteries, as well as in sodium batteries and as positive electrodes in lithium iron phosphate. Additionally, graphite boats, plates, crucibles, and other processing products are used in applications such as exothermic welding molds, powder metallurgy sintering, pouring molds, float glass, and vacuum furnace bearing plates.
