Our Graphite insulation material is divided into PAN based, pitch based and rayon based series according to the types of raw fiber. We can provide integrated and laminated plate, profile and barrel materials, and we can also produce or process according to customers' drawings.
Rigid Carbon Fiber Felt
Our graphite insulation material is formed by integrating carbon felt, graphite foil or carbon cloth , then subjecting them into the second times of high temperature purification treatment.
The material is superior in ablation resistance performance, thermal shock resistance performance, airflow washing resistance performance and thermal insulation performance.
Our Rigid carbon fiber felt includes Pan-based Rigid graphite felt, Rayon-based Rigid graphite felt, Pitch-based Rigid graphite felt and Rigid graphite Cylinder.
Soft Graphite Felt
It is formed by polyacrylonitrile based carbon felt processed in graphitization treatment. It has very small density, high content of carbon, and resists high-temperature without volatilization, good corrosion resistance, small thermal conductivity, good memory of shape maintenance.
It is good for high-temperature vacuum furnace, especially for the material of solar silicon, sapphire and semiconductor. It can also be used as quality filter material under high-corrosion condition.
Our soft graphite felt includes Pan-based graphite soft felt and Rayon-based Rigid graphite felt.
