Vibratory molding is a special carbon forming method unique to the early days of the graphite industry in China, which has been gradually improved and is now used in large-scale mass production.
Vibration graphite is produced by injecting a carbon paste into a forming mold, and then vibrating the paste inside the mold with strong vibration to achieve dense molding. It is characterized by its ability to produce graphite in larger sizes than conventional molded materials, which meets customer demand for large-size specialty carbon materials.
