Excellent Performance Graphite Materials--Graphite Blocks for Glass Mold
- Excellent thermal and conductive properties;
- Low linear expansion coefficient, good thermal stability and heat shock resistance;
- Resistant to chemical corrosion and less likely to react with most metals;
- At high temperatures (at most copper based matrix sintering temperatures above 800 ℃), the strength increases with increasing temperature;
- Has good lubrication and wear resistance;
- Easy to process, with good mechanical processing performance, it can be made into molds with complex shapes and high accuracy.
Our graphite blocks for glass mold have chemical stability, is not easy to be soaked by molten glass, and will not change the composition of glass. Graphite material has good heat shock resistance, and its size changes little with temperature. Therefore, it has become an indispensable mold material in glass manufacturing in recent years, and can be used to make glass tubes, bends, funnels and other molds of various special-shaped glass bottles.
