For graphite materials, we can supply graphite blocks and rods in ash content less than 50PPM. For graphite machined parts, we can purify to 5PPM. If required by customers, some processed parts can be purified to 2PPM.

Description of Purification service

We call graphite materials with carbon content > 99.9% as high-purity graphite. It is mainly used in semiconductor field, graphite rod for spectral analysis, graphite crucible for precious metal smelting, graphite boat for lithium battery anode, monocrystalline vacuum furnace in photovoltaic industry, etc.

We can undertake graphite purification service according to customers' requirements for graphite purity. According to the different use environment, the purification is usually at ≤100ppm, ≤50ppm,≤20ppm, ≤10ppm, ≤5ppm, ≤2ppm and so on.

Packaging and shipping

We carry out vacuum packing for our finished products after graphite purification service. At the same time, customized packaging according to customer needs, wooden box, pallet packaging methods are available.
