Insultion Boards And Cylinders in Vacuum Furnace

The most common insulation boards and cylinders SHJ supplys are PAN-based graphite rigid felt. Regarding the coating, our graphite rigid felt are usually laminated with graphite foil (to prevent peeling of fibre) or CFC sheet (to resist airflow scouring). For the coating of graphite rigid felt cylinder , we usually coats the cylinders with graphite foil on outer surface and CFC sheet on inner surface.
Sometimes, we can also do special coating (Inner cylinder body surface laminated with graphite foil and CFC sheet on top for heat shielding) for special high pressure gas quenching vacuum furnace.
