Graphite soft felt is classified into three types based on the choice of raw felt: pitch-based graphite soft felt, polyacrylonitrile (PAN)-based graphite soft felt, and rayon-based graphite soft felt. Its main use is as a thermal insulation material for single crystal silicon smelting furnaces. In the chemical industry, it can be used as a filter material for high-purity corrosive chemical reagents.

(1) Thermal Insulation Graphite Barrel

(2) Rigid Felt Boards

Through high-temperature purification processes, impurities are removed, greatly enhancing the lifespan of the carbon fiber thermal insulation hard felt and reducing the tendency to powder.

Surface Treatment: Graphite paper surface treatment improves the anti-airflow erosion performance of the rigid carbon fiber felt, blocking high-temperature airflow.
